Our Mission

Free, comprehensive cannabis information for New Jersey — no product sales, no dispensary affiliations, just facts.

Why JerseyCannabis.org Exists

New Jersey legalized recreational cannabis in 2021 and opened adult-use sales on April 21, 2022. The market has grown rapidly — with over 240 licensed dispensaries, more than $2 billion in cumulative sales, and a regulatory framework that continues to evolve through the Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC). But finding reliable, comprehensive, and non-commercial information about New Jersey cannabis law, dispensaries, the medical program, and business licensing in one place has never been easy.

JerseyCannabis.org fills that gap. We're a free educational resource that brings together everything you need to know about cannabis in New Jersey — from current laws and possession limits to dispensary locations, visitor guides, business licensing, and tax revenue data.
